finally i found your answer borgqueen and i thank you.i have another question borgqueen,i watch the last game of kasparov and deep blue and deep blue beats kasparov in i think in 19 moves.so my question is if deep blue beats kasparov,who else can beat deep blue?,i know that you gonna say is you that can beat deep blue.but seriously is who you goona think?.i wait again to your response borgqueen.

Any modern chess engine (such as Fritz or Rybka) running on any reasonably powerful computer can easily outpace Deep Blue, but in terms of humans, I'm not sure. I doubt Kasparov could beat Deep Blue anymore since he is retired, but other superGMs probably can.

And do you mean win a match or a game? I am sure many players could win a game against Deep Blue at least occasionally, but very few could win a longer match.

thank you borgqueen and eebster.i think eebster is right because only computer can beat another computer.i think the movie terminator are gonna happen in the future were the computer will take over against human or may be i watch to much science fiction movie,well we never know right?.may be or may be not.

hi borgqueen,i have a question.i dont understand this,how come carlsen has a higher elo rating than kramnik when carslen cannot beat kramnik?.it suppose to be kramnik to have a higher elo rating than carlsen.i wait again to your respose borgqueen.
