I always find it funny when I play a game, win fair and square, and my opponent starts to curse and cry like a baby over a blitz game. For fun, I thought I would ask people to post the best of the crazy rants here. If someone feels comfortable writing it, I feel fine posting it publicly. Please post your best ones so we can all have a good laugh at their expense.

Do not post such objectionable language in the forums. If it's wrong elsewhere it is wrong for here too. Submit a ticket in these cases. Mod.

...lol..... I have one....."you are cheating......when you were losing you moved slowly & now you are winning you moving fast"...lol.... & guess it was a high rated girl who later started to swear & curse during the course of the game.  I lost my head & lost that game.  Lesson learnt, just disable the chat & don't let them get into your head.

never had them in the in-game chat but they'd usually attack me via messaging in slippery methods not offensive enough to report, like abbrieviating. 

I could say I played many a game where my opponents cried, "it was a darn mouse slip!"

this happened 4 yrs ago. I was playing a very lost position in an OTB tourney, 45/2 time control. I had King and 3 pawns, he had King and FIVE pawns. I won.....how I don't know, I should've resigned but didn't. He offered a draw at one point insisting he was going to just 3 move draw me, but at that point I had the initiative and pushed his king away from his pawns and picked them off and won.

Anyway, he knocked all the pieces off, including the clock. Broke my nice queen and king from the fall (House of Staunton pieces). House of Staunton replaced my pieces since I had them for only 2 weeks (super nice of them!)

:) So that's my one story!

In HS one of my chess playing pals started pounding my very nice onyx chess board from MX (like pounding your fist on a table)  after losing a game and cracked it very badly. He didn't cry or curse however. I wasn't amused BTW

The moderator deleted the message I posted from my friendly opponent, so I will edit the bad words it to make it more family friendly and paste it again...

Just got this great comment left for me. I turned off chat a few months ago, so the person could not spew hate to me during the match.Nice of them to take the effort to leave a message for me.

@trysts - Lol, that's funny. Why do people feel the need to be nasty when they lose?

I don't know, BigNose? That was some real nastiness from the jerk you had to play, sorry about that.

Once at a game in my chess club I was down two rooks and 3 pawns. I had only my King and 3 pawns left. And I saw a possible stalemate and went for it. I swear my oppenent almost hit me and then he actually cryed a little. lol
