No. What is lamentable is the thought that any problem demands a response in 24 hours. Issues usually are more complex which require hearing from all parties. People demand a simple yes or no answer to their questions, when the question themselves are contrived, inconsistent and off point.
Nothing is so "critical" as to demand an immediate resolution, requiring account names and explanations be made to you, When the demand is not met there's references of unfair treatment -lamentable itself.
