Here is the game that got me to 2300

i didnt check it with the engine to preserve the authenticity of my thoughts that went through my head during the game and what i was thinking ..you guys in the comment section can correct me if there were any flows in my train of thought and moves

so here we go,im black in this game(flip the board for maximum enjoyment lol)

Nice game. It's basically a Caro Kann transposition so no wonder why you won

caro kahn used to be my main repertorie once ...so i do know a bit about the plans,ideas and structures etc ...in this case its a very nice caro kahn because black is not suffering from development instead white is the one thats severely under developed

also alot of sicilians transforms into alot of different pawn structures ( thats one reason why i like to play sicilian because you can get soo many different positions )

also same goes for 1.e4 ..you get all kinds of games from e4 , positional , technical , tactical etc etc ..

Congratulations!! Great game and very thoughtful analysis. Check out 37...Rxh2+ instead of 37...Rf2+. In that line your Queen gets to rejoin the attack more forcefully.

Improving calculation in non tactical positions

(Technical positions, positional games, dry positions, endgames etc etc)

And like B1ZMARK said pawn structures

(Study pawn structures of openings you play.. Typical endgames that you will get from your opening structures etc etc..you can improve fast by doing that rather than studying random endgames and pawn structures that you don't generally get from your openings)
