I suck at bullet too

first play more of 3 min blitz and get familiar with the time frame of the game. 
Secondly, know what u want to move next and think ahead of the moves ur opponesnt will make
Third. Read the situation and analyse your next move
Fourth, play alot of 3 min blitz, once u feel u are ready, then play Bullet and HyperBullet

You need to have a good rapid rating before you can start playing bullet chess. Rapid focuses on calculation, while Bullet focuses more on intuition. Intuition is all about having everything calculated. Once you’ve mastered your calculation, you can begin to continue Bullet Chess.

I recommend playing the London System as white and the Sicilian Defense as black. Premoving these long lines have helped me to save an incredible amount of time. Just don’t premove too fast. Carefully watch how your opponent plays. If they go along with your plan, you just continue. If they attempt to counter your openings, try to find the fastest way to defend.

Despite being a good opening for Bullet Chess, the Sicilian Defense is highly prone to being countered, so I recommend you to be very careful when using this opening.

maybe play blitz first and then bullet or just train with someone bullet(with a high rating)and he gives you advices.

Playing bullet against a much higher rated opponent is not a good strategy. You’ll only lose harder and lower your self-esteem unnecessarily.

I suggest playing more rapid first, then begin playing blitz. Then are you ready to play bullet.
