I reached this rating like a month ago and I'm still stuck on 1300. Any tips on how to get better?

One month isn't a long time to be stuck at a rating. You seem to be playing and doing puzzles a lot. You can consider something like buying a book on strategy.

Ok

People can spend years at the same rating.

What are you doing in order to expect rating improvement?

You're a higher rating than me, not sure my opinion means much, but it's clear to me chess takes alot of time for someone to grow. As someone who doesn't want to/cannot spend all day everyday living, breathing, eating, and sleeping chess I have become content with the fact my rating isn't going much higher than 1000. 1500 is about all I could ever hope to reach and even that is pretty much a pipe dream. Without the privilege of growing up playing chess and being good enough to get paid for playing most of us who arrive late to the game just simply do not have the time. If you really wanna be master or grandmasters I won't kill your dreams, I don't have the right. But I will say you better have the time to dedicate to chess before setting such a lofty goal. I have found peace with the fact I will never reach that level chess mastery.

Unless you are an under-rated God, or a genius total beginner, about 100 points improvement per year is about all you can hope for without studying chess full-time.

that's a really good idea 💡!!

Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
That little mental discipline is enough to reach 1500.
