You must realize that everyone does a blunder at some point and I was at your level too and don’t let blunder discourage you.
You need to ask yourself “what if my opponent trying to do?” And “If I play this move what can my opponent do?” And if you ask these question every time and doing puzzles every time your board vision will improve at 600 in no time! :)

Just be sure to review all your games afterwards and treat it as a learning experience.
We are all terrible. If you get matched up with an other person that person is as bad as you.
