Impossible to play against the computer

I'm using the site and I didn't change anything before having this problem. I changed the theme to see if the problem would stop, but it remained the same. What can I do to have the chance to play against the computer normally?
Are you clicking on 'Live Chess' or 'Play (Beta)'?
As for 'Play (Beta)', just as the name suggests, the feature is still under development and bugs may appear here and there now and then.

Does it say request time out? If yes it means you need to play more real people that bots

Try clearing your browser cache.
Thank you all for your replies! I found a solution. I click on live chess and then I choose a bot. I prefer this kind of game because when I play against a person they delay too much to make a move or they don't know how to attack, they abandon the game, or I have to do something else and I have to stop playing, I make the wrong moves, etc. When I play against the computer I’m a better player, I don't know why.
Since last Friday whenever I open chess.com I see a board with the pieces out of it and it’s impossible to play against the computer. Am I the only one who has this problem?
