Indeed. I guess it would depend how much experience one has before playing Daily games here. Playing Live games (15-30 min) is good too imo. Being an absolute beginner playing Daily games will have no effect in improving one's chess ability, to me. Most players with intermediate level skill benefit the most. But playing OTBs or 15 min to 30 min Live games regularly benefits everyone no matter their level. Because, on the other hand you're not into studying all aspects of Chess but like playing, you can learn stuff incrementally over time. Daily games or hopefully you're talking about Correspondence type games as opposed to playing on a "daily" basis; are not ideal to getting better-if anything it may well be boring & frustrating for newcomers to the game. I personally would not recommend it unless you are abit versed in some opening theory, middlegame strategy and have rudimentary endgame knowledge. As it is, I guess my answer would be a negative: you can't really grasp Chess in entirety just playing Daily or Correspondence Chess devoid of other resources for a beginner or experienced rookie. Peace✌🏽

Is improving chess skills by depending on daily games, without watching videos, reading books, solving puzzles...etc can be effective and reach the players to high rating.. like 1900+ and above?
We know that other factors other than daily chess games is very important, but unfortunately not all people can achieve it due to their personal circumstances, like getting bored while reading books or watching videos.
So, depending on ONLY daily chess games, can someone reach high rating?
Thanks in advance.
