Improvements: real chessboards vs real chessboards

Hello,

just a little question, perhaps stupid.

I'm studying all puzzles and techniques in Chess.com/chessable/chesstempo, via puzzle rush, lessons, etc..etc...

My question is: will this way improves also my ability to play on a real chessboard?

The problem is that studying with a real chessboard, especially when you study books, it needs a lot of time to prepare the position. Instead via chess.com/chessable/chesstempo you have all the positions immediately available.

But Are we sure that this way of studying is an effective way to play also on a real chess board with real pieces?

I hope I didn't ask an idiot issue :-(

Thanks
