Improving positional chess

I seem to have lost a few games recently through poor positional choices, eg simplifying that allows my opponent out of a cramped position, or choosing the wrong plan.

Puzzles on this and over sites tend to be for tactical gains. Any suggestions on where I can practice on positional puzzles?

Books are great for improving positional understanding, and I’d also recommend GM Daniel Naroditsky on YouTube.

Many thanks, yup reading is on the list, but so far so good with the YouTube recommendation.
