Since cheater_1's ban, chess.com had kept his "legacy account", some kind of reminder of his existence as the first great troll in this website. However, I had always thought that it would not last for long. Recently, this site has become more intolerant to trolling, and sooner or later, they would get rid of the legacy account.
Well, they finally did. In fact, probably nobody would have noticed if the forum had not been removed.
Because that is the real problem. Cheater_1's threadss are our source of inspiration. If they disappear, what can you expect? Trolling will get worse, even worse than now (yes, it is possible), which basically means more repetitive, boring threads like "I refuted X opening" ,etc. You know what I mean...
