Unfortunately, I don't have a game ready for this topic. However, what is your take on inaccuracies? Ex: How to not make an inaccuracy, and how does an inaccuracy impact white vs how does it impact black?

You cannot avoid  inaccuracy.  It is part of the game.  Eliminate game-losing errors.

the only winning move is not to play

To not play is to lose.

At our level all games are decided by inaccuracies.

Even at the Super-GM level, that's still true of most games.

Tal used to say that he won his games by leading his opponent into a jungle where the path was only wide enough for one person.

Inaccuracies have to occur at some point some where its impossible unless 10 move draws. Highly unlikely to have a 40 move game polished.

Stockfish is like hindsight. Good to no and all but not relevant to humans sorry

I would say that you can learn a lot from an inaccuracy, but it is not a game-losing error.  Sometimes it even leads to a win because your opponent doesn't exploit it. Lol. Chess is anything but simple.  Easier to talk about chess than to play it well.
