Inconsistency in computer bot ratings

I’ve noticed that some of the intermediate bots don’t exactly match up with their ratings, even with different. For example, Maria feels like 800-900, while Elena feels like 1500+. They are both rated 1200. Even with different strategies Maria is still easier than Elena. Anyone else have a similar problem.
