980 rating after 2 games is a start. Congratulations for playing USCF OTB games.
Online Blitz chess doesn't get you a cent unless you are titled, but I have $2000+ in winnings from otb tournaments

I was playing 10 minutes game and lost to opponent who got increment 1 seconds at the end. Is it suppose to be with increment or no? Because I believe I always choose to play 10 minutes without increment, and lost many games due to time. But it happened, on my last game, my opponent won with getting 1 second on each his last move

No, you played with no increment. If you see that, it's probably because your opponent has a weak connection and chess dot com is adding the lagging time back on to his time.
