Interesting Sacrifices

It isn't supposed to teach anything. I just had a question about what I should have done instead in that game, and I was hoping that someone could teach me something by answering my question.

Well
You could maybe instead of move knight up, Killed his knight with bishop? Traded down? You can have 2 knights for the price of one.. and still have attacking chances at king with queen. Game is in the bag for black.

i dont see any point to those sacrifices other than to lose material?
the first one, ok maybe, but the rook? why??

Well to be honest, partly because I was just feeling adventurous and fooling around. I thought maybe I could form a mating net, or at least make decent enough threats to frighten my opponent into making errors. I definitely wouldn't have made the rook sacrifice in a 100% serious game.
Here's a game I played several day ago, where I tried a series of sacrifices, starting at love 21 (because I was bored and didn't feel like playing a real game, I guess). I'm sure that the sacrifices were unsound, and in the end it didn't turn out well for me (I won on time in a totally losing position, but hey, it was blitz). However, I feel like I could have played better, and the position after 25. Kh1 is worthy of further analysis. The move I played was definitely a bad move, but I think if I had played 25. bxg5 instead, I would end up with a favorable position. What do other people think? What should I have done starting from move 25?
Here's the game:
