IPad app crashing

I find the latest version for iOS to be very buggy. Not only crashes but many other problems. I started taking screen shots and thought of reporting some bugs but don't know where to start. I hope the next release fixes a lot of bugs.
Is anyone finding the IOS chess.com app is crashing? It times out sometimes despite the fact I'm logged onto the Internet.
Is there any way of stopping this because it has happened two days in a row & obviously affects the rating and games.
I love playing chess and think the app is generally great. I just wondered if other people had similar experiences of it crashing while you are still online and whether it bothers you much?
