Depends on who you ask. Ask a 100 and they'll tell you that 2200 is grandmaster level. Ask a 1000 and they'll tell you that 2200 is a very good rating. Ask a 2800 and they'll tell you that 2200 is pathetic.

Hmm, idk, i kinda imagine that there isn't much difference between what 2200 feels like to 100 and to 1000

For low ratings, rapid is usually the highest, and pros don't even play rapid so...
