Is 2k elo possible with minimal study

Very easy to get to 2400 on this site by chomping on hanging pieces and no studying

1. You use "ELO" so are you talking about playing in OTB rated tournaments that use ELO? Or are you talking about this site? This site uses Glicko, not ELO.
2. Are you trying to reach 2000 ELO online or OTB? HUGE difference.
Reaching OTB 2000 ELO will take a full and serious study regimen.
Reaching 2000 online is much easier and a much less accurate representation of your true ability.
