IMHO because many starting positions in 960 just suck.
960 chess is a fun and refreshing way to play howver the setup can be a bit haphazard , morover there are no specific opening or stratergies you can imploy nevertheless it is a fun and col way to surprise other and have a laugh while playing chess
I do enjoy 960 as a casual player feels more variant based and keeps me guessing. I did not know the Bobby Fischer connection to it. Do you have more information about that? Thanks.
