higher glicko means there will be more +/- rating change when you win or lose a game
more games played lowers your glicko and your rating begins to stabilize and it is a more accurate measure of strength
i used to think "damn, my glicko means i will have to win 25 more games than i lose to move up in rating... that sucks" but this is the whole point

If you have a high glicko rating, then it means you don't play a lot of games at one time.
If you have a low glicko rating, then that means you play a lot of games at a time.
Also, if you have a high glicko rating, which means you don't play a lot of games at a time, you're rating is undependable. So then it will mean there will be a lot of +/- if you win or lose.
And obviously, if you have a low glicko rating, you're rating is dependable. So that means you won't have a lot of +/- if you win or lose
