Well, isn't Georgia famous for its yoghurt and have a lot of chess masters given their small population? You might be on to some thing here.
Is a Yogurt diet the way to better chess?
No, the yogurt diet lags far behind my dietary choices for better chess. If you're interested in playing awesome chess, all you need are these special gummies. There is a secret ingredient *wink wink* that not only produces euphoria but will raise your performance rating by 200 points or more. (Side effects may include drowsiness, paranoia and a serious case of the munchies.) If you don't like gummies then brownies are an equally valid replacement.
I notice when I don't eat my game goes to pot (usually when I wake up), but eat an Activia yogurt and I win a lot of games, perhaps Karpov was onto something (shades of YogurtGate?!?).
