Is Blitz Hurting My Game?

I've been playing a lot of blitz lately and I feel like it may be hurting my game. I try to think quickly and make blunder after blunder due to lack of thinking. Should I be playing blitz right now, or should I focus on longer games until I learn to think quicker?

You'll learn more playing 15 10 time controls, and it's a better game. Blitz can sharpen what you already know . .
