Chess kids is definitely more secure, but that app has more activity’s that could be called video games.

There was a major patch roughly 500 years ago, when several pieces were buffed (queen, bishop, pawn) and some rules were changed. And there were many smaller patches.

I think the first thing you should do is learn the difference between chess.com (a company) and chess (a game).
