Is Chess.com Based More On FIDE Ratings Than USCF Ratings?

I have noticed that people in the regions like 500 and 1000 are particularly strong, and these might be FIDE ratings. But there are some weak regions like 700-800 which may be based on the USCF ratings... Your thoughts...

Hmm, FIDE never had any published ratings below 1000, so they couldnt be FIDE ratings.

If you read the background to the Chess.com ratings process, you will learn that they adopted a ratings methodology that wasn't in use by either FIDE or the USCF. They used the Glicko system, which is an attempt to improve on Elo ratings by including a statistical measure of ratings accuracy.

It not based on either. The site uses the Glicko 2 rating system and have variable starting ratings based on the options chosen during account creation.

It’s not based on either, it’s its own thing
