They're not really directly translatable. Someone may have a chess.com rating 300 points higher than FIDE, while their friend's FIDE is 300 points higher than their chess.com rating.

inflated? lichess rating is much more inflated, a 150 chess. com elo could achieve 1000 lichess elo

Not even close. Inflated on higher side, deflated and distorted on lower side (especially after recent FIDE recalculation).
