My point is about why players who have a subscription Chess.com They have immunity from prosecution even if they use cheating methods. This destroys trust between players and Chess.com

Premium status has zero bearing on accounts being closed if there is a fair play violation. I'm March over 130,000 accounts were closed, including premium and titled players
