Is chess conceptually flawed?

Well, if I'm sleeping with failure it seems that you're my drunkmate and fellow retard, fighter (since we spilt 4 drinks in my earlier incarceration).

 Wasteful.

I have never felt the need to post except for now.  I read 11 pages of this thread before deciding to comment so here it goes....

First on the topic -  I viewed this thread because of the question and I have my opinion on the question.  No! Chess is not flawed based on the fact that it ends in the endgame... all games do when players of equal skill play.  Basketball games go into overtime,  board games take hours sometimes, and I can't think of one game that ENDS in the MIDDLE of the game most of the time.  Remember you can CM an opponent in 4 moves or even less if he is that inexperienced.

Second off topic - I think anyone who feels the need to insult someone over the internet should really evaluate themselves personally (the time they spend and their humility).

Oh yeah, that was it-- I'm really worried now about some knuckle-dragging skinhead traveling several thousand miles to thump me because I've pointed out he's a spammer.

To be fair, knuckle-dragging skinheads are probably among the most likely demographics to actually carry through.

LOL

How about those who feel the need to counsel those who feel the need to insult someone? Wink

How about those who feel the need to insult those who feel the need to counsel those who feel the need to insult those who feel the need to feel the emotionally needy who feel the need to be felt?

Hey, I'm still right in the middle of evaluating my humility! (I don't have time for all that other crap).
