At least that was a cute portmanteau
Is chess unconsciously support racism?

above post is interesting. the wealthy can legally do all the looting they want but if a poor person takes a $10 item off a store shelf it's a high crime worthy of the death penalty whereas billions could be bilked from investors and no harm done - no jail time, maybe a puny fine is the best that will come about from it.

For real though.
You want to talk about harming people on a huge scale, it's always going to be rich people and/or people with political power.
It's just humans are dumb animals, so we can only deal with obvious stuff like don't kill children... when it's a person in society with a lot of power slowly killing a million, we're not mentally equipped to deal with that. We basically just ignore it.

Your on the right track, but you have to realize that a violent revolution is the only way to create change.
False.

Meh. Humans are humans.
Erase the current government, and the next batch of humans will slowly fall into the same problems.
That's not to say that revolution isn't worthwhile. In fact I think it's a natural response... it's just that, ideals are just that... ideals. They'll never be realized. Human nature is short sighted and selfish.

it's one way, not the only way. however as the wealth divide gets even more suffocating it approaches the word "only".

llama is right too, but future constraints could be made to thwart it. humans will tend to, when given the opportunity, to abuse, but if there were a limit to what they could do, then it could be curbed. to assist in this would be educating (and no, not with our typical overpaid lame teachers), somehow through various ways, maybe third party organizations preaching virtues that are devoid of religion to help shape a better society.
What I told people in one country I was in where people complained so much of their leaders, I said they were all similar, with similar beliefs but once given the taste of power they will turn. just nip it in the bud!

As this thread has ventured into religion as well as politics, I am now locking it.
