There are less trolls on the site now which is better, it's still a very active site as you'll always find members on live chess and you can find games to play on live chess very quickly as well.

I'd say its losing its hold on the chess community at large. Lichess offers live chess varients and a lot of free services you have to pay for here. It's telling when the popular chess streamers would rather use ICC/Lichess than come here.
