Is it allowed to play 2 FIDE Rated Games simultaneously?

The point is that one of the first things they say in the FIDE rule book is that they have not tried to cover all possible situations. They leave such things up to the arbiters.

I actually looked through the rule book before I made my first post. Did you?

I am not an arbiter but I strongly believe that arbiters would forbid both bicycles and multiple simultaneous games.
