Using an engine in a rated game will get your account closed, even if the other player knows you’re doing it! ... If you want to do something like this, the game MUST be unrated, and your friend MUST be aware that assistance is being used, or your account will get closed!

Basically the other person needs to know that you're using an engine

BogosPest, but cheeseDOTcom states they don't use engines in the live section but only the computer bot section. Does this mean the same thing as you are stating?
