It's not only okay, but it's considered rude to snort a line of coke without offering some to your opponent. As long as you do it on your time and not his, you should be fine.

Btw I tried some Lebanese coffee the other week in a Lebanese restaurant. That's coffee brewed with cardamom seeds. I think that would be better for chess playing than illegal drugs.
