There are two ways your computer sends IP address :1st your service provider a good vpn takes care of this one (free vpn's are not worth the money) 2nd your browser yes (microsoft edge,mozzilla,crhome all) but if you use the right one an extension will cure it)
u can use a vpn to get around the ip thingy (nord is good)
it is easy to make a new mail account and create a new account, to get around the mail id thingy
just follow the rules listed above by batman
