You cant if u can cheat in a otb tournament and are scared of that they would never do that like few weeks ago someone cheated by going to the toilet analizing the game

No it is not free but neither is traveling to a live tournament.
What defines proper? If you are issued a GM title from FIDE, why is that not proper? That is like saying a college degree you earned online is not proper because you were not in a classroom.
