That is only possible if you have a non-standard starting position. It takes at least three moves to deliver checkmate on a regular board (e4, f6, d4, g5, Qh5#; e4, e5, Qh5, Ke7, Qxe5#).

Haha... if white could checkmate in one move, chess wouldn´t be much of a game. White would win all games in one move!. On the other hand, opening preparation would be very easy!
