is it the bullet chess impact on my ability to solving puzzles??

since last one month my puzzle ratings have reduced by almost 300 points.. i'm frustrated.. in my last thread i've discussed about the same.. & so far i've come to the conclusion that it might be because of the 1 min game i'm continuously playing since last one month.. before that i used to play 3 min game & that time my puzzle ratings were not bad, but since i started playing bullet, i started approaching puzzles in a same "quick" way.. like i'm in a hurry to solve the puzzles & not wanting to waste much time over it..

Do you look at your stats?
/ I don't know if you use the website or one of the apps. The above stats are from the website. It looks like you got all five puzzles correct two days ago. What did you do differently that day?
