is it time for the chess community to transistion to fischer random

i think fischer random proves itself as having the potential to be more creative, exciting and taking more skill then classical chess, less memorization

 

unless anyone can find deep flaws with fischer random, why hasnt FIDE transistion to it

The deep flaw with Fischerandom is that it lacks the balance and harmony of the traditional set-up.  Standard Chess is standard for a reason.  Fischer's attempt to avoid opening theory backfires and makes the opening phase even more important.
