Is Magnus even in the top ten for pure tactical ability?

Obviously his rote memorization skills serve him well, but what about his tactical ability? If you ranked every active chess player on their tactical skill, would Magnus even be in the top ten? The top 100?

Never seen this movie, but wow, nice acting (watched the whole clip).
