I am 94% in blitz but again that doesnt mean I am an expert as most people are 800 (New in CHESS) LEARNT CHESS A FEW MONTHS AGO. And I say that even 90% of online is not enough to get FIDE ratings.

Thats the average of online chess which DOESNT MATTER, in the world of chess , an average player in OTB is like 1100 FIDE(including unrated people) which is like 1600 Blitz here.
