Is the 3+2 blitz pool weaker than 3+0?

First of all sorry for the wall of text, I'm on mobile.
When I was playing 3+0 blitz I found myself struggling a lot, getting flagged many times and generally being outplayed. Opponents seemed to be making very accurate moves really fast and I just couldn't keep up. my rating was going up and down around 1200. So I decided to switch to 3+2 and to my surprise my rating shot up rapidly, it's 1355 at the moment and still climbing. What could possibly be the reason for this, is the 3+2 pool just weaker?

Probably. I switch between 5+5 and 3+2 depending on what I feel like, and the 3+2 pool is stronger. I don't play non-increment
