No. You might or might not perform this well in OTB play. Any given raing is a good indicator of past performance and a tolerable predictor within the rating pool in which it was established. No rating transfers well to another pool. Your FIDE or national Elo rating may be higher, or more likely it may be lower.
Is the Chess,con elo the same as the one in tournaments?
