Is the server lagging or is my internet? Losing chess games

I play from India, and I lose a lot of games because of pre-moves making me lose more than 0.1 seconds. (sometimes I lose as much as an entire second). what is going on? My internet connection seems good and I have a 4 bar strength on chess.com. is anyone else facing this issue?

yes me so i notice this with my internet i was using a 2.4G internet but i realized it was slow so i moved to 5G and boom so much better. i dont know if this helps though

2 years later, and I still lose more than 0.1 seconds on a premove on this fkn website
Ye, it feels like the connection requirements here seem to be like for some online 3D-shooter
