no, en passant is a rule of chess.

Rules of the game. En passant (in passing) came into being to restore balance to the game, to counter pawns moving two squares on the first move. Both en passant and the two square pawn move are old modifications of the original game of chess.

And the bot can't play with a queen. That is much needed.

En passant is the rule so you can't disable it

that you actually can do via custom positions or odds chess.

You can't turn off en passant with custom positions, unless you set the up a position where en passant would never be available at all; no pawns on the starting rank or no pawns of the opponents on the adjacent files for any on the starting rank.

You can play on the Variants server and have all the same rules of chess but with the rule of No En Passant

I really don't like this thing in chess where the King gets killed is there anyway we can disable that? I don't like losing my queen either can we turn that off as well?

Jeeez I didn't realise chess players were so toxic. This type of response comes from people who enjoy the smell of their own farts a little too much. The rule is annoying especially for noobs like me who always forget the dam thing so it's a valid question.
