Clearly, almost everything wins here but the computer wants Kf3 for the fastest mate because there's a 50-move rule behind that we can't know of, of course.

There will be a lot of these in the database but unless you get one in the rated puzzle mode they are something that would be removed. Problem puzzle just get removed from rotation in that mode.
I don't think that aiding and encouraging trolls is what moderators should do, but I might be wrong.
