Only engines such as Stockfish Classic, Leela Chess Zero, or Komodo are capable of adopting Nakamura in blitz. No human player would be in contention considering that Nakamura is the best blitz player in the world at the time of writing.
When Naka was doing PIPI in his pampers, definitely.

So adopting is out of the question. Only a severely handicapped Naka or an engine opponent will result in 10 straight losses.
Totally agree about adopting, but with both on them in form, I'd bet on Carlsen for the win anytime.

Adobting him (out of 10 games not letting him win a single game ) I would say Magnus can do it : pay him 1 million $ and tell him not to loose a single game , he will adopt him by getting all the games dry and going for a draw, waiting for an opportunity for Naka to make a mistake then go for a kill.

Peak Magnus might be able to.
The Magnus of the past few months, though? He'd be more likely to be adopted by Hikaru.
But to answer the OP: No, I don't think anyone is currently capable of adopting Hikaru in blitz.
I think Wesley So, though, is capable of making Hikaru really struggle in blitz. Even more so than Magnus.
When Hikaru played Wesley in the recent Speed Championship, Hikaru was milking the clock, trying to limit the number of blitz games so he could get to the bullet games quicker . . . because Wesley is so strong in blitz.
Can you name any players who are capable of straight up beating Hikaru 10 times in a row with Naka not even being able to get a draw?
