Is this a bad sport?

I was playing with someone and I had my king, night and two pawns while they only had king and bishop. I got a pawn to the end and turned it into a queen. I took out their bishop and got my other pawn to the end. So I had two queens, my king and my knight while they only had their queen. There was LITERALLY NO WAY FOR THEM TO WIN!! But instead of giving up and saying I won they called it a draw. That would've been my first win. I said they were a bad sport, was that wrong? I just want someone else's opinion on this.

You stalemated them. White is not in check but has no moves, since you blocked the only place the king could move by promoting the pawn to a queen. You should have played Qe8# or Qg8#.

But eventually I would've put them in check, while there was no way they could've checked me. (Also, I love your username and pfp)
