Is this a Draw?

Well i was playing chess verse some1 and he had to go..

so he said he would resign and that i won,

but i said no lets draw because it wouldnt be fair and it looks like a draw anyways, so we drew..

Is this a win draw or lost for white?

Unless I'm missing something drastic, this looks completely winning for White. He is a rook for 2 pawns up after all, and I can't see anything concrete for Black.

Yep, looks like white has a large advantage and should go on to win the game.

woah im pretty stupid..

i thought i was 2 pawns ahead only..

now i see im an extra rook ahead!!

but he has 2 passed pawn and my kings all over the place..

but now that i see it im winning as it looks like

oh and im only ahead 3 pawns (a minor)

You're a rook up, the extra couple of pawns he has don't matter as you will win them anyway.

hmm if those pawns were farther passed then there would be a debate but i says +-

 Oh, I thought it was probably a typo.  I just noticed the super gm tournament part though.  Bravo....And yes you are winning with your extra rook.

haha yeah it could be a typo 1820 instead of 2820

but im not that stupid :P
