I am stuck at 1200-1300 in daily but I am in the 1900 range in Rapid. 

Is this normal or is it just me?

Daily rating is a lot different from rapid. So yeah dats normal.

That is indeed strange. I am 1700 rapid, over 1600 daily and I play daily games as if they were rapid, rarely spend over a minute on a move unless it's seriously difficult position

Usually rapid and daily rating are reversed though, lot's of people are 800-1000 rapid and 1600-1800 daily, because in daily games you are allowed to cheat to a degree and some folk really take it seriously
