Is this the most mistake and blunder-ridden game ever?

I played a game once where I decided to hang on to an extra knight, instead of simplifying I chased a bishop all around the board instead of exchanging and winning with material advantage. Ended with 22 mistakes.
I think the analysis only counted my moves. I went through it and counted 45 mistakes and blunders! That's about half of the actual moves in this game!
I’ve never seen a move like that Rf8 in the opening. Don’t you know castling rules?
Obviously I do, as I castled later on .
I doubt it, as there are only 18 moves for a total of 33 possible blunders and mistakes. But there are some pretty big blunders in that I have to admit.
It would still help if I knew how to recognise blunders. Unless it's something obvious like hanging a queen, I don't know that something's a blunder until an analysis tells me.

I have actually seen games that make this game look like a contest between world champions with a brillancy prize for best game.

Oh yesI How about being up 3 queens and failing to win. How about missing mate in one 3 moves in a row. How about being up a queen in the endgame with no compensation for the opponent and losing by being mated by a pawn. Those were all adult games. Never mind the children.
